Guided trip by touristic bus from cusco to puno or from puno to cusco

Itinerary

You must board the guided tourist bus from Cusco to Puno at 6:30 am, for your trip to the city of Puno, (altitude 3818 meters above sea level) that leaves at 7:00 am.

Our bus is equipped with bathrooms and is managed by three people: a driver, a bilingual guide and a terrace. We will make a small visit to the church of Andahuaylillas, the church that dates from the beginning of the 17th century. It is known by the name of The Sistine of South America due to the magnificent paintings that it possesses and its chiseled gold altar. After 218 km we will have reached Raqchi, where the Inca temple of Wiracocha is located. The temple is made up of a main building that was occupied by the Inca and annexed buildings for the nobility.

We will continue our way to Sicuani where we can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch.
During the trip we will be able to appreciate the landscapes that are changing little by little, these are becoming more arid. Then we will arrive at La Raya, the highlight of our tour located at 4,335 meters high. Our next destination is Pucara, where we will visit the Lithic Museum. This museum allows you to appreciate the evolution of the Andean people from the first men to the Incas. After Pucara the tour will be through high Andean esplanades under an unreal clarity.

The reflections of the sun in the lakes and in the rivers are unique in this place. Finally we will be arriving in the city of Puno, where our tour ends.
